Cycling Injury!

La is indicating where her bicycle has attacked her yet again. Paramedics not required, only a large sticking plaster and a strong Pimms.

    Would that method of pain relief work for anything?! Sounds like a plan....!
    Hope leg is better after said pain relief of course! xx
